Unequal voting access is definitely a problem in our country. 10 Million voters waited in long lines in 2012. Low-income and minority voters are disproportionaately affected. We decided to do something about this.
Boost Mobile stores are located in the communitities where these problems are happening so we offered their network of stores as polling places on election day. The more accessible places there are, the bigger the turnout on election day.
